At Monsoon Agro Bio Pvt. Ltd., we maintain clean and transparent refund cycles for transactions, EMD deposits, and portal wallets:
1. Wallet Deposit Refunds
- Unused Balance: If you have deposited money into your portal wallet and have not utilized it for any active purchase or auction bidding, you may request a refund.
- Request Submission: Send a written refund request to [email protected] using your registered company email.
- Processing Window: Approved wallet refunds are credited back to the original source bank account within 5-7 working days.
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) Refunds
- Unsuccessful Bidders: EMD deposits block balances during active auctions. Once the auction is closed and the bidder is declared unsuccessful, the EMD is automatically released back to the user's wallet.
- Successful Bidders: The EMD of the winning bidder will be held and adjusted against the final dispatch invoice, or refunded upon successful completion of the delivery.
3. Order Cancellations & Quality Rejection Payouts
For wholesale dispatches of sweet corn or vegetables, cancellations are not permitted once transport vehicles are dispatched. In cases where the delivered yield fails laboratory quality testing, the refund or credit note will be issued inside the buyer's billing account within 3 business days of quality audit validation.
